Ovis Management is 100% owned by the Meat Industry Association of NZ and is funded by meat processors. We have four Directors comprised of two farmers and two industry representatives on the board. In addition, an Associate Director has also been appointed for a two-year term.

Andrew Morrison (Chairman)
Andrew farms in the Waikaka Valley out of Gore. Andrew has extensive industry experience and is on the board of a number of farming entities.
George Tatham
George farms a coastal Wairarapa sheep and beef breeding and finishing property. George is passionate about the industry and has been part of many industry organisations.
Sirma Karapeeva
Sirma is CEO of the Meat Industry Association and has significant experience working with Primary Industries.
Greg McSkimming
Greg is the Agri-Business and Strategic Solutions Manager for Silver Fern Farms.
Greg has worked throughout the agricultural industry from Livestock and Agronomy roles to Senior Management roles in Pyne Gould Guinness, PGGWrightsons and Silver Fern Farms.

Michelle Simpson
Michelle Simpson has a long history of working within the animal health industry. Michelle is responsible for the National Sheep Measles programme and is based in Manawatu.

Jason is an Associate Director of Ovis Management. Jason’s skillset brings a lot to the Board and we are looking forward to working with him.
